Q: How
far in advance should I place my reservation?
A: You should place your reservation
as soon as you are sure about what items and quantities you
will be needing.
Q: Can
I change my reservation later on?
A: Yes. You can increase your order
as long as we have the items available. You can decrease your
quantities , or delete items up to two days before your event.
Reservations that are canceled less then 1 week prior to event
date will be subject to forfeiture of deposits.
Q: How
do I make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation over
the phone or in our office. We will however, need a credit
card number for a security deposit.
Q: What
about security deposits?
A: A refundable security deposit is
required on all orders. If you give us your credit card number
we can simply hold the number. We don't need to charge anything
to use it as security.
Q: How
much is your delivery charge?
A: Round trip delivery and pick up
in the valley is $55. Delivery to outlying areas, such as
Boulder City, Mt. Charleston, Pahrump, etc is higher. Please
call or e-mail us for a quote.
Q: Do
you need to be home when you deliver or pick up?
A: No, not as long as we can get into
the backyard. You will just need to have the dogs put away.
Q: Do
you set up the equipment?
A: We can set up the equipment for
an extra charge. Normally, when we deliver, we stack the items
on the patio or other designated area. Some items, however,
do include set-up and take down, such as Tents, Dance Floors,
Pipe and Drape, Stageing and Gazebos.
Q: What
if I lose or damage a item?
A: You will be charged the replacement
cost on that item.
Q: What
credit cards do you accept?
A: VISA, Master Card, American Express,
and most ATM cards.
Q: My
party is on Saturday. Since you are closed on Sundays, do
i have to pay for an extra day?
A: No, you can get your items on Saturday
and return them on Monday for a 1 day charge.
Q: Do
you charge sales tax?
A: Not on rentals, only on purchase
items.
Q: Can
I get my items a day before the event?
A: Many times this is possible. Check
with us for availability.
Q: What
about late night, early morning, or Sunday deliveries and
pick-ups?
A: Yes, we can do them; please call
for a quote.
Q: Do
I have to wash the dishes? What about the linen?
A: No, you don't have
to wash either. All we ask is that you rinse off all the food
from your plates, silverware, chafers etc. We will sanitize
them here at our store. And please, no candle wax on the cloths.
